Every detail tells a story


Residence One build houses for the rich and famous. The eye-watering price tags attached to each development is justified by outstanding attention to detail. Everything from artwork, soft-furnishings and even towels are designed and selected by the architects and designers working on the project.
Wealthy Individuals, their partners and their financial advisors are their key audiences. The buying process takes time and lots of human interaction. The website would be the first point of contact and had to deliver an experience that would match the ultra high end value and attention to detail.

What we did

Design, transition, drama, photography


We recognised that this website build was all about the quality of finish and attention to detail. Like the properties it was representing. We made sure that the photography was the hero supported by elegant typography and lots of smooth transitions and interactions. These all help to deliver a sense of drama and further support the elegant nature of these high end properties.

We worked closely with the client and their branding agency on this project. As you might expect they both had very high expectations. Our design team really challenged their brief and bought the brand assets to life.
