Background
Webeo is a B2B website personalisation software-as-a-service solution. The software enhances their clients’ online experience by combining data from the largest global IP database with intuitive and dynamic website personalisation software.
Webeo wanted to refresh the design and functionality of their website, to ensure a smooth back-end access for all users. They approached us to assist with the website build following the new brand refresh.
The challenge
The key objective for this project was to create a new website that could be easily maintained and managed autonomously by the client without input from developers or the agency.
Not only did the brand need a refresh, some of the site functionalities were beginning to have a negative impact upon the user experience, so needed to be tackled.
They did a great job on our new website, right from the start they understood the brief and what we needed to achieve with the site. They were adaptable to time scales and updated us at every stage of the process and we’re really happy with the final result. They also supported us on the set up of GA4 so we could start measuring the success of the new website straight away.
The solution
Webeo created a similar, but more engaging design that was then passed to us for the website build, keeping in mind that one of Webeo’s main objectives was to create a website that allowed back-end users to make changes with ease.
The results
Total ease of management for the client was key for the success of this project and we definitely achieved that. We worked closely with Webeo to ensure timelines were met and the brief was fulfilled to a high standard.
