Background
Based in Suffolk and covering East Anglia, Reeves Events is a well-established hospitality and events company with over 15 years experience. Catering for a wide variety of events, Reeves Events offer event management, bar and catering solutions, plus recommended vendors.
The challenge
With their extensive experience in hospitality and the variety of services they offer, Reeves Events sought after a website which would not only showcase their offering, but also ensure scalability and ease of use. Focusing on the challenges faced, we were the chosen agency to create the new online platform for Reeves Events.
Scalability – with a diverse and ever-changing service portfolio, the website needed the flexibility to grow and adapt.
Ease of Management – Reeves Events required an easy-to-use backend system to update services, events, menus, and recommendations, as and when needed.
Mobile Responsiveness– ensuring a seamless mobile experience was crucial, given the increasing mobile user base.

The solution

A key factor in the success of the project was the back-end management. WordPress was selected as the CMS to create a scalable and easy to use back-end system. The Client can now easily add new services or changes to existing ones, without compromising the site’s performance.

The project was a success as we have created a website that can easily evolve along with the expansion of Reeves Events. Back-end management is hassle-free and the mobile experience is excellent.
