1. What has stood out to you about Quba so far?

Sian - The first thing that stood out for me was the building and office space. It's unique and makes it an interesting place to work. Everyone who works here is extremely talented and inspiring. I’m looking forward to working closely with the team in the coming months and collaborating with our clients. Oh, and I'm also looking forward to the pizza and pool evenings and making friends with Lola the office dog!

Nikhil - There's a great buzz in the office. Everyone has been really helpful. They're a talented team so loads for me to learn. Not only that, but the fact that everyone is so friendly and approachable really stands out to me!

2. How would you describe yourself in three words?

Sian - Outgoing, organised and approachable

Nikhil - Curious, Happy and Lucky!

3. What would you say is your biggest achievement?

Sian - After graduating, I travelled to various countries in Asia and worked in Australia for a year. Being so far away from home was challenging but meant I got to experience new cultures, amazing places and meet new people from all over the world.

Nikhil - I’m originally from Mumbai (India), I moved to the UK about 10 years ago. Looking back, moving to a country I didn’t have any connections or support structures in, and building a life and a career here I’d say has been a pretty big thing.

4. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Sian -When I’m not at work, I enjoy going to gigs, festivals, walking in the peaks and visiting local pubs. I also love cooking, drinking gin and travelling to lots of different countries. I’m trying to fit in as many European city breaks as I can this year!

Nikhil - Being outdoors (be it climbing, cycling or walking), watching films & documentaries or reading pulp science fiction.

5. What’s your favourite kind of music?

Sian - It's difficult for me to pick a favourite genre as I like a variety of things, but recently I’ve been listening to The XX, Moderat, Fleetwood Mac, Arctic Monkeys, Bonobo and Alvvays

Nikhil - I’ve recently been going back and forth between Miles Davis and Rage Against the Machine so I’m not sure how to answer that. I’d like to think I’m open to most kinds of music.

6. Tell us something we don't know about yourself?

Sian - When I was born, I was 3 months premature and only weighed 2 pounds 10. My mum constantly reminds me that I weighed the same amount as a bag of sugar!

Nikhil - I’ve actually got an advanced PADI scuba diving certification and am hoping on finishing my dive master certification as soon as I can find some spare time.
