Setting the scene
Quba has been involved in the conference and event industry for over 10 years. Early on we recognised that event professionals needed a flexible, on-demand solution to manage the sales, booking and back office administration functions of running complex events and conferences.
We developed a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool kit to meet the needs of conference and event organisers.
Its flexibility is one of its many strengths. It has been used by a major car manufacturer to manage a new car launch with 4,000+ delegates from 20 countries and 12 languages, to managing a busy schedule of free corporate seminars for one of the UK’s largest law firms.

Building a complete system
By combining .Net technology with powerful SQL Server databases we designed and built a suite of robust and reliable on-line tools that are continually improved in line with customer’s needs.
The whole process from initial marketing using built in email tools through to building an event web site, booking hotel accommodation and travel with payment being processed via a number of payment gateways, is supported.
The ‘best practice’ experience of Quba in online and digital marketing together with conversion rate optimisation has been built into the product making a powerful eCommerce solution.
