Enterprise web platform delivers a 53% increase in online enquiries for the UK’s largest private healthcare group.

Setting the scene

The Priory Hospitals Group is the largest independent hospitals group in the UK treating over 30,000 patients every year across 300 healthcare facilities. Priorygroup.com is pivotal in their ability to attract private patients and to generate NHS referrals. Over a three year period we have helped them to achieve a consistent number of high quality enquiries across all business divisions.

Delivering a class leading website

We redesigned, built and launched the new Priory Group website using the Sitefinity CMS platform from a standing start in just over 6 months.

The Sitefinity platform was reused across different Priory service divisions. We used advanced taxonomies to categorise and tag all content so that it could be found by all user groups who had very different browsing habits. Using Response Tap call tracking software we were able to track where telephone enquiries were coming from down to page and keyword level.

PPC management

We created a geo-targeted account structure to increase Click Through Rates and Conversion Rates around business critical locations.

We used historical data on initial interest and enquiry trends to consistently maximise conversions at peak times. Regular strategic meetings allow us to expand the keyword targeting lists when new services become available both nationally and locally. We designed custom Google Analytics dashboards to share specific KPIs with relevant departments and maintain data integrity.
