Ultimately my role is about making sure we have loads of very happy clients.

Favourite part of the job

My background is from marketing so I really enjoy getting involved with sites that deliver immediate results either by online sales or delivering quality leads. When the research and planning pays off and your client gets the results then that's what makes me happy.

What's in your favourites?

Travel sites like sky scanners and trip advisor are a must for me. They are a great example of how the Internet has given the consumer the power to make informed decisions and get the best price.
