HFMA, the UK’s leading healthcare finance management body needed a fresh new website
to reflect their depth of knowledge, as well as providing members with online registration,
event booking and e-learning management. Just one thing. Not all members require
the same things from the website. Therefore their online experience had to be tailored
to fit their needs. The HFMA didn’t need a new website, they needed over 5000 of
them. With our well-documented track record delivering just that, it’s no surprise

Using the latest technology we created a website that tailored the content to suit
the member. Treating each user as an individual, areas of interest and geographical
location were used to filter and refine the information, ensuring only what’s relevant
is displayed. The user can now quickly find local events and topics that are of
interest to them.
Now members were getting the information they wanted, we set to work to make sure
HFMA did too. We created a system that allowed them to easily manage their events
by integrating the site with our event management software, Symphony. This gave
them the flexibility to co-ordinate everything from hotel booking and workshops
to keeping track of specific rates for different member types.
Another way we helped them gain best value was to use the new website to advertise
current vacancies. Not only did we set this up, we also created a simple system
for people to create their own CV through the site. Recruitment agents are also
able to add and manage jobs through the system.
And as you’d expect from the leading healthcare financial management experts, we
also built the management system to integrate with Sage to take the hassle out of
their own financial management.
