With new developments and plots released all the time, Gleeson, one of the UK's
biggest house builders, needed a way to keep those in the market in the know. We
said no problem.
Using their existing website infrastructure, we created email and SMS channels to
take their customer communications to the next level. The email system integrates
seamlessly with Sitestream their property management system, to make sure plot and
development information are sent out straight away. The SMS feature gave potential
buyers even more flexibility to receive information wherever they were. Very handy
if you're out all day trying to find the perfect place to live.
Of course, SMS verification and a bunch of useful administrator features were all
part of the service. As was our clear communication throughout and our permanent
'no problem' attitude.
