An aging population has increased take-up of residential and elderly care, we’re more aware of mental health than ever before and the NHS can now refer patients to private clinics. The Priory Hospitals Group website needs to cater for all of these scenarios and support three key groups of users (patients, patient families and medical professionals) with competing informational needs.
As each of the Priory locations acts as a separate business unit we spent time understanding the difference in offerings at a local level. From this we developed an intelligent site search function which reduced the amount of clicks it took for users to make an enquiry.
The sensitive nature of enquiries means that phone calls are regularly part of the customer experience. To capture these conversions we integrated the website with ResponseTap call tracking software. In 2016 we made the entire website responsive by upgrading the Sitefinity version and applying responsive page templates.
