SEO executive / Link builder

The Company
Quba is a Digital Agency established in 2000. We are well renowned within the industry, and host an array of blue chip clients in our portfolio.
Due to the rapid expansion of Quba‘s Digital Marketing team, we are looking for a new SEO executive. Experience in the field is a bonus but not a must.
The Role
You will be working with the existing Digital Marketing team to implement SEO strategies for our clients. You will need to understand client’s needs and translate these in into strategies that deliver to our client’s keyword targets. You should also be a good communicator and confident in front of clients.
Our Digital Marketing team are vibrant, friendly and motivated. This role is ideal for a graduate who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Digital Marketing.
It would be beneficial, but not essential, if you have experience of PPC, Display advertising, Email and Social Media.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the SEO requirements for our growing range of clients, involving strategic approach, onsite optimisation, link building and other activities
- Researching our clients’ area of business with the ability to quickly assess competitors and recommend successful strategies
- Producing regular performance reports and measuring campaign success
- Keeping up to date on SEO trends and working this information into an ongoing successful SEO strategy
- Working with the development team on SEO best practice
Requirements
Essential:
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports
- Ability to multitask; running a number of campaigns simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- A good technical understanding of website build methods
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Awareness of developments and trends in SEO
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Passion for SEO and Digital Marketing
Desirable:
- Examples of previous SEO work and the success of these projects
- Some knowledge of PPC, Social media, email and display marketing
