When Sleepmasters, one of the UK's biggest bed retailers asked us to look at their ecommerce site we knew we had a challenge. The results of our work speak for themselves: Sales conversion up three fold and site traffic up 258%.

We developed a strategy which blended our understanding of how to build successful websites with the overall brand message. We were determined not to deliver a site which put style over substance but understood the importance of providing a platform for the brand to flourish.

Working with the client to understand the audience requirements we devised a plan to generate large amounts of traffic. Creating prominent calls to action for users to find out more and follow the campaign on social media channels helped generate a great buzz ahead of the official UK launch by raising awareness and prompting discussion.

With our designs signed off by the pop-star herself we were thrilled with the response that we got.. And delighted to be asked to build an additional online payment area for taking orders. But when you consider that we attracted over 8,000 visits within 10 days of the site launch, we think we deserved it.
